You can access LunaProxy at https://www.lunaproxy.com We do our best to provide consistent and sustainable service to our customers. Please read this document carefully before starting to use the LunaProxy service.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of Customer's access to the Services or use of the System shall be resolved in accordance with the following dispute resolution procedures:

Any disputes arising from the use of the system should be considered by contacting LunaProxy's customer support via email: [email protected]. For any questions regarding refunds, cancellations or chargebacks, please contact customer support.

Please note that for security reasons, we record customer support conversations with our customers.

Refund Eligibility

If you require a refund due to product quality issues, you must meet the following conditions:

①Purchased: You have purchased the corresponding product through LunaProxy official channels.

②Payment: The currency you use to pay for product usage is non-cryptocurrency.

③Period: You must file a refund application within 3 days after purchasing a specific product for the first time. If this period is exceeded, you cannot unilaterally request a refund.

④Usage restrictions:

  a. The data traffic you use does not exceed 20% of the data traffic of the package and does not exceed 1 GB.

  b. If within 3 days after your purchase, the service cannot be used normally due to reasons that are not yours or related to you (such as technical failure of the product system), and LunaProxy cannot solve the problem within 3 days, you have the right to apply for a refund of the remaining balance. of the entire amount.

Non-refundable events

(1) The information provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.

(2) Customer accounts are frozen or deactivated due to customer illegal behavior.

(3) Violation of Customer's obligations regarding acceptable use of the System or Services (as defined in the Terms of Use).

(4) Customer has begun transmitting or receiving data through the System if Customer purchases the Bundle through the Customer Dashboard in the System.

(5) The quality of services provided meets the conditions specified in the service level agreement.

(6) The purchased package has expired.

(7) Connection quality and connection speed are limited by third-party capabilities and are not controlled by LunaProxy. LunaProxy does not guarantee any quality measurement of the quality of Internet connections provided by third party Internet service providers and you hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are non-refundable.

(8) Reject client software. To the extent that a client may use third-party or proprietary software (client software) to access or use the system, LunaProxy is not responsible for the compatibility of the client software with the system.

(9) You have only one opportunity to request a refund, and it only applies to the first payment of your first order. If you have upgraded, renewed, or changed your proxy plan, LunaProxy will only refund the initial amount you paid. LunaProxy will not refund you if you abuse the Service or violate this Agreement.
